It’s not what you think.

When asked our opinion on the biggest predictor of success, self-awareness is always at the top of the list. And we’re not alone. It makes sense, and yet most leaders focus on innovation, experience, and knowledge. While all of these matter, self-awareness has the potential to become your most valuable superpower. According to best-selling author and organizational psychologist, Tasha Eurich, only 10-15% of people are truly self-aware. Ouch! If we all spent even a little time understanding how we show up, how much more impact could we possibly have?

We spend a lot of time working with clients and workshop attendees on this subject. Why? Because when leaders are self-aware, it changes everything. Productivity, engagement, trust, ownership. We’ve also seen the opposite when this opportunity is missed or ignored. So what matters more to you? Comfort or growth? Where is the opportunity for you to lean in on this superpower?
